Elizabeth said This is an ink and watercolour painting and I hope to do something similar to this for the demonstration.
I use a mix of acrylic inks and watercolour in an impressionist style which is very versatile. It utilises the all the fluidity of watercolour with the vibrant colours of the acrylic inks. I sometimes add ink line work in the final stages to emphasise certain areas as well.”
On October 22nd RCPS is looking forward to having Debbie Hinks come along to demonstrate painting a clothed figure in pastels.
Both these evening events take place on Tuesdays between 7.30 pm and 9.30 pm, and the Society welcomes non-members at a cost of £5.
