MindWorks Marketing celebrates successful first quarter with new recruits

After its best quarter in three years and a number of new client wins for the agency, award-winning MindWorks Marketing, based in Emsworth, has recruited three more talented people to to support its ambitious plans for expansion over the next year.

 Emma Pearson, who has worked on creating innovative award-winning work with some of the world’s best brands, joins the team as Senior Account Manager. Speaking of her new appointment, she says, “MindWorks is well-known for delivering fantastic creative and high-impact campaigns across multiple channels. It is one of the most respected agencies in the South with an impressive roster of clients that sets it apart and I’m delighted to be working with such progressive and inspirational people. As the business looks to expand further in 2021 and beyond, it’s an exciting time to be on board.”

 Lauren Harrison has been appointed Account Executive and is excited to fulfil her dream of utilising her business & marketing degree to grow her career in marketing after working for two years in HR: “I am super-excited to join such a lovely and talented team. I have been aware for years of the exciting work that MindWorks produces and jumped at the chance to go for a role at the agency. There is a real creative buzz here and being an employee owned agency means there is such a positive healthy working culture.Although I have started by working much of the time from home, the whole team has been so welcoming.”

 Anna Hutchings joins the employee-owned agency as Financial Controller. Anna’s financial skills have seen her working with a wide range of clients over the years, from Rowan’s Hospice to Jamie Oliver and she is relishing the varied role she has taken on at MindWorks.   

 She says, “It became clear during my first few weeks that I had joined a team bursting with ideas and enthusiasm. Everyone is so friendly and approachable and my role is really dynamic – I keep looking over my shoulder to see what the catch is, but there isn’t one!”
