Bosham Village hall re-opening/updated hire charges
Although we remain dependent on the pace of Covid restriction relaxation, Bosham Village Hall is keen to look after you as soon as we can! Our short tennis, table tennis and badminton groups re-started in May, as did Yoga, Bingo and Keep Fit. Brownies, Mothers & Toddlers and the Little Green Craft Group, plus a new choir group, started in June. We are also booking one-off events, of which the most exciting is a comedy show planned for 24 July (tickets from – and don’t we all need something to laugh at! We are also taking bookings for your children’s parties and weddings. To make sure there is nothing to dissuade you, thanks to a generous grant from Bosham Parish Council, the new roof over the kitchen is nearing completion (so the only supply of water in the kitchen will be from the tap). We have also reviewed our non-regular hire charges. For Bosham residents, the standard charge for each hall remains at £18/hour but the rate for others has been cut from £30 to £22/hour. We also have a new “wedding rate“, which comprises hire of both halls from 5pm Friday to noon on Sunday, including kitchen, crockery and music licence, all for £700 (Bosham residents) or £850 (others). All we cannot supply are the bride and groom! So what are you waiting for? Contact Liz Taverner on 01243 572873 or email
